All-electric Opel Mokka-e reaches Singapore shores

Singapore - Opel dealership, Auto Germany Pte Ltd, launches the all-electric Mokka-e small SUV - targeted at those who would like to embrace cleaner motoring.

The Mokka-e, which joins its ICE sibling, puts out 130hp and 260Nm, through a front-driving electric motor.

On the inside, the Mokka-e boasts Opel’s new Pure Panel which houses both the 10-inch infotainment touchscreen and 12-inch instrument panel.

It is also equipped with an extensive list of safety and convenience features, including Forward Collision Alert, Automatic Emergency Braking and Traffic Sign Recognition among others.

Opel says that the 50kWH battery in the Mokka-e, can be fast DC-charged at speeds up to 50kW, allowing the small SUV to be fully charged in about an hour.

A full AC charge on the other hand, will take 6.5 hours. The Mokka-e is capable of a maximum distance of 363km (WLTP) between charges.

Prices start from S$174,500*, inclusive of COE.
