Countdown to EV Weekend

By topgearsingapore, 17 November 2021

Singapore - As November draws to a close, we're inching closer to EV Weekend, Singapore’s first and largest electric vehicle event presented by UCARS.

Happening from the 3rd to the 12th of December, EV Weekend is a showcase of the latest electric cars in our local automotive market.

Held at The Forum, Resorts World Sentosa, visitors can experience and interact with the latest electric vehicles on the market, including cars from Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz.

You may register your interest by signing up on the EV Weekend website: https://evweekend.sg

By signing up, you could be the first to book a slot for a test drive of the EVs on display during the event.

You’ll also be updated when our interactive virtual showroom is open, and get an inside look at EV ownership from top experts in the industry.

If all this tickles your fancy, read on for the full list of EVs that'll be on display.

Audi e-tron GT

The blisteringly quick Audi e-tron GT is a curvaceous four-door grand tourer. And it just happens to be the most powerful production Audi ever.

Audi e-tron Sportback

The Audi e-tron Sportback is a swoopier version of the e-tron SUV that isn't just an aesthetic improvement, it is also slipperier through the air.

BMW iX

The BMW iX is a large electric crossover that isn't just focused on being the 'ultimate driving machine' - this one's all about mobility.

BMW iX3

BMW's second all-electric BMW i model wears a familiar shape, but does a rather good job bridging the gap between EV and ICE stalwarts.

Mercedes-Benz EQA

Mercedes-Benz’s EQA may be an electrified version of the GLA compact crossover, but this whippersnapper is an excellent stepping stone into Mercedes-Benz’s EQ family.

Mercedes-Benz EQC

Mercedes’s all-electric EQC is the first of the 'EQ' badged vehicles to arrive in Singapore and it makes a compelling case for itself. With a petrol bill of exactly nought.

MG ZS

The MG ZS may not be a car that checks the boxes of a car enthusiast. But it is a compelling choice and competitively priced.

MG 5 EV

Spacious, robust and well-trimmed, the MG 5 EV is an excellent 5-door wagon that won’t break the bank.

MINI Cooper SE

With its perky poke and cheeky looks, the all-electric Cooper SE embodies the essence of what it means to be MINI.

Kia Niro EV

The Kia Niro electric shares a similar body shell as its hybrid counterpart, but it's EV drivetrain endows it with a surprisingly perky drive.
